AniClaw is sold as a one-time desktop software purchase. These terms explain what the purchase includes, what is delivered after payment, and the basic rules for using the site, downloads, and software.

Product scope
AniClaw provides a paid desktop companion package with installer downloads, related update access within the same product line, and a web checkout flow used to complete the purchase.
The website is part of the purchasing and delivery experience. It does not promise hosted AI output, subscription features, or any always-on cloud service unless those features are explicitly added on the site in the future.
Purchase and delivery
AniClaw is sold at the price shown during checkout as a one-time payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. After successful payment, the site requires Google sign-in before releasing the current installer downloads for the supported desktop platforms.
Access is tied to the completed purchase flow and the supported download delivery mechanism used by AniClaw at that time. Paid orders may be linked to a user account in order to authorize download access. We may adjust delivery mechanics, installer format, or download hosting in order to operate the product securely.
License expectations
Your purchase is for your own legitimate use of AniClaw. You may download, install, and use the software for your own work or personal environment, subject to reasonable anti-abuse controls.
You may not resell, repackage, publicly mirror, or distribute the installers, download links, purchase state, or any mechanism used to bypass payment or access control.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep checkout, download delivery, and the website available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Third-party dependencies such as payment providers, cloud storage, and infrastructure may affect service availability.
We may update the software, installer flow, website content, supported platforms, and security protections to maintain or improve the product.
Refunds and support
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the software fails to install, launch, or authenticate due to our error. Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind requests or after regular use, unless required by local consumer law.
To request a refund, contact service@aniclaw.io with your order ID and account email, or use the contact page. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
