AniClaw provides a paid desktop companion package with installer downloads, related update access within the same product line, and a web checkout flow used to complete the purchase.

The website is part of the purchasing and delivery experience. It does not promise hosted AI output, subscription features, or any always-on cloud service unless those features are explicitly added on the site in the future.

AniClaw is sold at the price shown during checkout as a one-time payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. After successful payment, the site unlocks access to the current installer downloads for the supported desktop platforms.

Access is tied to the completed purchase flow and the supported download delivery mechanism used by AniClaw at that time. We may adjust delivery mechanics, installer format, or download hosting in order to operate the product securely.

Your purchase is for your own legitimate use of AniClaw. You may download, install, and use the software for your own work or personal environment, subject to reasonable anti-abuse controls.

You may not resell, repackage, publicly mirror, or distribute the installers, download links, purchase state, or any mechanism used to bypass payment or access control.

We aim to keep checkout, download delivery, and the website available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Third-party dependencies such as payment providers, cloud storage, and infrastructure may affect service availability.

We may update the software, installer flow, website content, supported platforms, and security protections to maintain or improve the product.

If you experience a payment problem, delivery failure, or a reproducible issue that prevents initial installation, contact us and include your order details so we can investigate.

Refund handling, when offered, is managed case by case based on payment records, download status, and whether the issue can be reasonably resolved.
