Privacy Policy

AniClaw keeps the checkout and download flow intentionally narrow. This policy explains what data the site uses to process payments, unlock downloads, measure product usage, and protect the purchase flow.

What we collect

When you purchase AniClaw, we store the minimum order data needed to confirm payment, unlock downloads, and investigate delivery issues. This can include Stripe checkout identifiers, payment status, platform download activity, timestamps, and related technical metadata.

The site also uses analytics events to understand page views, checkout intent, and download funnel behavior. These events help us improve the purchase flow and identify breakpoints in the user journey.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. AniClaw does not directly store raw card numbers or full payment instrument details on this site. Stripe may process personal and payment data under its own terms and privacy policies.

We receive the payment and checkout metadata needed to verify that a purchase completed and to associate that purchase with download access.

How data is used

We use stored data to validate purchases, generate or authorize download access, troubleshoot payment or delivery problems, reduce abuse, and understand overall product conversion performance.

We do not use AniClaw purchase records to run an advertising network or to sell personal data as a standalone business asset.

Storage and third parties

AniClaw relies on infrastructure providers for database, object storage, analytics, and payment processing. Those providers may process data as part of operating the product on our behalf.

Download files are delivered through cloud storage and temporary signed links. Access logs and delivery records may be retained for security and operational analysis.

Contact and updates

If you need help with a purchase, a download record, or a privacy question, contact the AniClaw team through the support channel listed on the site or in your transaction context.

We may update this policy when the checkout flow, analytics, or delivery infrastructure changes. The latest version published on this page applies going forward.
